Just a quick note to thank you for the great service we had from Apex rental cars.
We were all impressed with the friendly and efficient staff that we met at Queenstown,
Picton and Auckland Airport. The vehicle served our needs well and felt like a real
friend when we had to part with it in Auckland! It was so extremely handy to be
able to drive on and off the ferry without having to unpack the vehicle and carry
all the luggage to the ferry terminal. It was just like having our own vehicle all
the way from Queenstown to Auckland. I have been so impressed with your service
and rental rates that I have been advertising your company to all the places we
have stayed at en route. So many people haven't heard of you and need to know the
good news!! A friend and I will be in Auckland at Labour w/e and have hired an Apex
car again. Apex will always be our company of choice from now on. Our UK family
were also very impressed.

Airport branch provided us with the rental of our lovely little pulsar which made
our holiday even better as we were fully independent. I was a great holiday made

I have hired cars from all parts of the world but your way of dealing with a customer
is the best I have encountered. No problem with the pick up from Christchurch, good
instructions to leave the city, a very, very good Free book about New Zealand, no
problem at Picton on leaving the car and picking up the new vehicle at Wellington,
Ferry crossing organised very smoothly and finally the drop off at Auckland airport
handled extremely well. Would recommend to anyone wishing to hire a car in New Zealand

Zealand. The logistics of moving 8 people round was considerable but the reliability
of your vehicles, pick up and drop off [we changed at Wellington for pick up in
Christchurch, and visa versa] services were excellent making the job of people moving
a whole lot easier. I must also compliment you on your staff. Everyone we dealt

I'm writing to thank you for your excellent service: transparent, simple and reasonable
pricing with no hidden extras, personal service (pickup, dropoffs, everything),
no frills cars that work perfectly fine (though windscreen scrapers would be useful
in winter!), accurate and complete information for return, and in particular the
convenient one-way and island-hopping rentals and zero deductible CDW system which
made the whole experience pain-free and simple to administer, as well as being reasonably
priced. Lots of rental companies in other countries could learn from you. I'll definitely
recommend you. Please pass on this mail to others in you company and to the relevant
NZ tourist authorities so they can see what makes for a satisfied customer.

Just a brief note of appreciation to you and your team for organizing and arranging
an upgrade on the vehicle we hired from you late last month. We were in Auckland
attending my sisters 50th birthday celebrations. The Toyota Camry that you arranged
for us was superb, and more than adequately accommodated Yvonne & I and our
gangly son who arrived in from Nelson at more or less the same time. We would have
no hesitation in continuing to use your company’s vehicles when and as required,
and would certainly recommend to our network of friends to use your fleet as well.
